Delivery Policy
1. Digital delivery
All translatormartin services are delivered digitally. Final translated documents are sent by email in the agreed format (PDF, DOCX, TXT or other). No physical documents are mailed unless specifically agreed and quoted separately.
2. Standard delivery timelines
Pasaje (up to 500 words): 3 working days from receipt of source document. Volumen (up to 3,500 words): 7 working days. Coleccion (up to 10,000 words): 10 working days. Visual Lift audit: 5 working days. Proofreading: 3 working days per 3,000 words.
3. Express delivery
Express 48-hour delivery is available for documents up to 2,000 words as an add-on. Express requests must be confirmed by email before order. Express delivery starts from when the source document is received and approved.
4. Certified translations
Certified (sworn) translations are delivered as PDF with the official interprete jurado stamp and signature. Physical copies with a wet stamp can be provided on request and are quoted separately including postage.
5. Delays and extensions
If we cannot meet the agreed deadline for reasons beyond our control, we notify you immediately and agree a new delivery date. Delays caused by late submission of source documents extend the delivery date by the same period.
6. Project start
After payment, we contact you within 1 business day to confirm the project scope, terminology preferences and delivery format before beginning work.
