What languages do you translate?

The primary language pair is Spanish and English in both directions. We also work with French and Portuguese to and from Spanish. For other language combinations, contact us to discuss requirements.
What is certified translation (traduccion jurada)?

A certified or sworn translation in Spain is a translation produced by an official interpreter-translator (interprete jurado) appointed by the Spanish Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MAEC). These are accepted by Spanish government agencies, courts, universities and embassies worldwide. We are registered as an official sworn translator.
How long does a translation take?

Delivery time depends on word count and complexity. Shorter texts (up to 500 words) are typically returned in 1 to 2 days. Longer projects are discussed and agreed before work begins. Express 48-hour delivery is available as an add-on.
How do I send my documents?

Through the contact form on this site, by email to hello@translatormartin.com, or via WhatsApp. We accept scanned PDFs, original documents or any editable format. All documents are treated with strict confidentiality.
Is my document kept confidential?

Yes. All documents are treated with strict confidentiality. We do not share or retain client documents beyond the delivery of the final translation. A non-disclosure agreement is available on request.
Do you offer machine translation post-editing?

Yes. If you already have a machine-translated draft, we offer post-editing to improve accuracy, terminology and natural expression. Rates are lower than full translation. Contact us for a review.
