Terms of Service
1. Parties and scope
These Terms govern the provision of professional translation services by translatormartin (6 Calle Tio Juane, 11401 Jerez de la Frontera, Cadiz, Spain) to clients. By ordering a service, you accept these Terms in full.
2. Services provided
translatormartin provides professional translation, certified (sworn) translation, proofreading and website localization services. All services are delivered digitally as electronic files. No physical goods are shipped.
3. Orders and payment
All prices are in Euros (EUR). Payment is processed through Stripe. By completing an order, you enter a binding agreement to pay the stated price. Prices include all applicable taxes where required by Spanish law.
4. Delivery
Timelines are as stated per plan and in the Delivery Policy. Timelines start from receipt of the source document and full project details. Certified translations include the official sworn translator seal required under Spanish law.
5. Confidentiality
All documents submitted are treated with strict professional confidentiality. As an interprete jurado registered with the Spanish Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MAEC), we are bound by professional confidentiality obligations. A non-disclosure agreement is available on request.
6. Intellectual property
Upon full payment, you receive full rights to use the translated text. translatormartin retains the right to note the existence of a project in client references unless you request otherwise.
7. Liability
Our liability is limited to the fee paid for the service. We are not liable for decisions made by third parties based on translations. We are not responsible for delays caused by late delivery of source documents.
8. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Spanish law. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Jerez de la Frontera, Cadiz, in accordance with Spanish procedural law and the Ley de Servicios de la Sociedad de la Informacion (LSSI).
